2020 State Index on Youth Homelessness

The National Homelessness Law Center (the Law Center) and True Colors United are excited to announce the release of the 2020 State Index on Youth Homelessness. The State Index on Youth Homelessness ranks and scores laws and policies related to preventing and addressing youth homelessness in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. This is the third consecutive year that this report evaluates all 50 states and the District of Columbia on their efforts to prevent and end youth homelessness.
